विवाह बाधा निवारण पूजा वह विधि है जिसके विषय में परिवार सबसे अधिक पूछते हैं — उस पुत्र अथवा पुत्री हेतु जिसका विवाह टल रहा हो, अथवा उस गृहस्थी हेतु जहाँ विवाह में कठिनाई उत्पन्न हुई हो। विधि सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति हेतु होती है, और बाद का नियम प्रायः पूरा परिवार मिलकर रखता है। आचार्य जी पहले माता-पिता से बात करते हैं और स्पष्ट कहते हैं जब उन्हें लगे कि अनुष्ठान नहीं, धैर्य अपेक्षित है।
